This Venue & Date Policy outlines the terms regarding the location and timing of events organized by STAR OF SECTOR, managed by WellMade Network. By registering for or participating in STAR OF SECTOR events, participants acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

1. Event Venue

The official venue for STAR OF SECTOR events will be determined by WellMade Network and specified in the event details provided upon registration.
The venue is subject to change at the sole discretion of WellMade Network. Should a change in venue occur, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Any expenses incurred by participants in relation to travel, accommodation, or other arrangements are solely the responsibility of the participant. WellMade Network is not liable for any costs associated with a change in venue.

2. Event Date

The date of the event will be confirmed and published upon registration.
WellMade Network reserves the right to reschedule or postpone the event date for reasons including, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, or logistical considerations.
In the case of rescheduling, participants may either attend the event on the new date or request a refund as per our Refund Policy.

3. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, or other events beyond the control of WellMade Network, the event may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled without liability.
In such cases, WellMade Network will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event and communicate any changes to registered participants.

4. Liability

WellMade Network is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience caused by changes in the venue or date. Participants are encouraged to check event details regularly for updates and ensure flexibility in their arrangements.

5. Notification

Any changes to the venue or date will be communicated via the contact information provided by participants during registration.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that WellMade Network has up-to-date contact information for timely communication.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a STAR OF SECTOR event, participants agree to this Venue & Date Policy and acknowledge that any changes made to the venue or date do not entitle participants to additional compensation beyond what is outlined in the Refund Policy.
