Interested individuals, brands, or organizations submit their applications via the official website.
Applications must be completed before the submission deadline (January 31, 2025).
No application or entry fees are required during this stage.
A private investigative agency conducts a thorough review of all submitted applications.
The agency verifies the information provided to ensure the applicants meet the basic eligibility and merit criteria.
Once the initial screening is complete, the shortlisted applications are passed on to an expert panel.
The expert panel, consisting of industry leaders and professionals, evaluates the applications based on leadership, innovation, customer focus, excellence, and other relevant criteria for each sector.
The panel maintains confidentiality during the evaluation process to avoid any external influence.
After the expert evaluation, 2-3 finalists are selected for each category.
Applicants who are selected as finalists will be informed via email, mobile, and WhatsApp.
There will be 90 to 100 people in the final pool, with 2-3 finalists for each category. All of them will be very close in ranking, with only one or two points difference in their eligibility for the award. From this group, those who confirm their participation in the event and book a table will be announced as the winners.
All 30 winners, confirmed through table bookings and selected from various categories globally, will be officially announced via social media and news outlets such as Emirati Times, Britain Herald, Trade World News, and GCC Business News. The winners will receive their trophies and certificates during the STAR OF SECTOR awards ceremony, which will take place in Dubai in March 2025.
Winners are invited to attend the award ceremony, which includes speeches, presentations, entertainment, networking, and a gala dinner.
Each winner will have an opportunity to speak for 1 minute on stage during the event.
Winners receive a prestigious trophy and certificate during the award ceremony, recognizing their achievements.
Winners are featured in Emirati Times, GCC Business News, and other media outlets for additional recognition and visibility.
Videos, interviews, and other media coverage are provided to promote the winners' achievements.
Without any external influence or special consideration, the STAR OF SECTOR winners are selected solely based on merit, as assured by Emirati Times and GCC Business News. This is because we are creating what is globally recognized as one of the most trustworthy award brands. Therefore, every applicant must go through rigorous eligibility checks without any concessions.
