The Process
Application Submission
Step 1
Interested individuals, brands, or organizations submit their applications via the official website.
Step 2
Applications must be completed before the submission deadline (September 30, 2025).
Step 3
No application or entry fees are required during this stage.
Initial Screening
Step 4
A private investigative agency conducts a thorough review of all submitted applications.
Step 5
The agency verifies the information provided to ensure the applicants meet the basic eligibility and merit criteria.
Evaluation by Expert Panel
Step 6
Once the initial screening is complete, the shortlisted applications are passed on to an expert panel.
Step 7
The expert panel, consisting of industry leaders and professionals, evaluates the applications based on leadership, innovation, customer focus, excellence, and other relevant criteria for each sector.
Step 8
The panel maintains confidentiality during the evaluation process to avoid any external influence.
Selection of Finalists
Step 9
After the expert evaluation, 2-3 finalists are selected for each category.
Step 10
Applicants who are selected as finalists will be informed via email, mobile, and WhatsApp.
Final Announcement
Step 11
There will be 90 to 100 people in the final pool, with 2-3 finalists for each category. All of them will be very close in ranking, with only one or two points difference in their eligibility for the award. From this group, those who confirm their participation in the event and book a table will be announced as the winners.
Step 12
All 30 winners, confirmed through table bookings and selected from various categories globally, will be officially announced via social media and news outlets such as Emirati Times, Britain Herald, Trade World News, and GCC Business News. The winners will receive their trophies and certificates during the STAR OF SECTOR awards ceremony, which will take place in Dubai on 29th November 2025.
Award Ceremony
Step 13
Winners are invited to attend the award ceremony, which includes speeches, presentations, entertainment, networking, and a gala dinner.
Step 14
Each winner will have an opportunity to speak for 1 minute on stage during the event.
Step 15
Winners receive a prestigious trophy and certificate during the award ceremony, recognizing their achievements.
Post-Award Recognition
Step 16
Winners are featured in Emirati Times, GCC Business News, and other media outlets for additional recognition and visibility.
Step 17
Videos, interviews, and other media coverage are provided to promote the winners' achievements.
